Clubhouse and General Policies:

To ensure that all members enjoy the facilities provided by Eau Claire Golf & Country Club to their utmost, the following have been adopted.

Appropriate Attire: All members and guests must adhere to the appropriate dress code. Tank tops, bathing suit tops, halter-tops, cut-offs, or short shorts are considered inappropriate attire. The dress code in the dining room will be specified by management. Male members are not allowed to wear hats in the dining room. Please dress in a manner that reflects the ambiance of the club's environment.

Cell Phone and Electronic Devices: Cell phones and other electronic devices must be set to vibrate or silent mode in all clubhouse areas, including the dining room, unless expressly permitted by management.

Smoking Policy: Smoking or the use of electronic cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside all clubhouse facilities, including the dining room. Smoking or use of electronic cigarettes is only permitted in designated smoking areas. Members and guests are expected to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations, including those pertaining to smoking, alcohol consumption and drug use.

Respectful Behavior: All members and guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner towards staff and fellow members. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

Supervision of Children: Children under the age of 16 must be always supervised by an adult while on Club premises.

Refusal of Service or Admission: The Club reserves the right to refuse service or admission to anyone who violates these policies or behaves in a manner deemed detrimental to the Club's reputation and the enjoyment of its members.

Personal Belongings: All members and guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The Clubhouse will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

Facility Usage: Use of the golf course, practice areas, and other Club facilities is subject to availability and may require advance booking or reservation.

Golf Etiquette: Proper golf etiquette must be always observed on the golf course. This includes repairing divots, raking bunkers, and maintaining a reasonable pace of play.

Outside Food and Beverages: Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the Clubhouse or on the golf course unless authorized by management.
